Nomination
Exchange students need to be officially nominated by their home university. Nominations must conform to the terms of each Erasmus agreement with regards to the area of study, study level and the number of students.
PXL sends an e-mail with all necessary information regarding nominations to all partners.

Nomination deadline European partners:
• 15/5 for students applying for Autumn semester or full academic year
• 15/10 for student applying for Spring semester
Nomination deadline non-European partners:
• 15/4 for students applying for Autumn semester or full academic year
• 15/9 for student applying for Spring semester
Application
Students will receive an automatic e-mail with all application information, once they are nominated.
Application deadline European students:
• 1/6 for students applying for Autumn semester or full academic year
• 1/11 for student applying for Spring semester
Application deadline non-European students:
• 1/5 for students applying for Autumn semester or full academic year
• 1/10 for student applying for Spring semester

By the application deadline you should have chosen the courses you want to take at PXL.
A full time programme consists 60 ECTS credits for a full academic year and 30 ECTS for one semester. You can’t combine courses from different programmes. A minimum of 24 ECTS should be selected each semester (except for internship students).
Learning Agreement
A Learning Agreement (LA) contains all educational components (course code + title + number of ECTS) to be carried out during the exchange and should be approved by both the home and host institution.
For institutions connected to the Erasmus Without Paper (EWP) network, we will receive a signed online LA from the home institution through EWP. After checking if it matches with your course selection we’ll digitally sign the LA.
All others should upload a LA signed by themselves and the responsible person at the home institution in their application in Mobility Onilne.
